Our application process

First check

You have applied. We will go over your cv and we will always get back to you, either by inviting you for an interview or by sending you our feedback.

The introductory interview

You will meet with one of our HR colleagues. After that, they will decide whether you will be invited for a second interview.

Meet your supervisor

The second interview will always be with your supervisor and possibly one other colleague. You will get a tour of the workplace, giving you a chance to see what could become your new professional home. Depending on the role you’re applying for, a (brief) assessment may follow this interview.

Contract proposal

If both we and you are enthusiastic, a permanent contract will be offered. If you’ve been referred to us by an agency, we’ll usually start with a temporary contract.
