Flavour carrier Jeroen speaks out

Jeroen: “About 15 years ago, I started at Vario Food Group, and I’ve never had a dull day since. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to take on different roles, progressing from order picker to Assistant Team Leader. In my current position, I’m responsible for monitoring incoming goods and creating schedules to assign loading bays for drivers to unload their goods. My focus is currently on inbound goods, but the plan is for me to eventually manage outbound goods as well.”
